Yoga in the Park -- August 2025

SISTA Fire is excited to host Yoga in the Park this August! Instructor and SISTA Fire member Whitney Sanchez will offer a 1-hour Beginner Yoga class from 10 - 11 AM on August 10th, 17th, and 24th. 

This is a free, welcoming and inclusive space for women and nonbinary people of color to connect with their bodies, breath, community and the beautiful nature in the park. Participants can expect a supportive space to challenge yourself, release what’s no longer serving you, and reconnect to your body with care and purpose. Space limited to 25 participants; please register to reserve your spot. We hope you join us!
